Electro scanning of sewer mains and laterals is changing the expectation the fundamental expectations for municipal Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study (SSES) projects. Ranked as a superior assessment practice compared to CCTV, electro scan is now being included as both a key field evaluation tool and as a post-rehabilitation technique, especially in the case of relining and chemical grouting.

12. Assistance with public information programs related to the Agency’s rehabilitation efforts
13. Preparation of plans and specifications, bidding assistance, contract administration, and post-rehabilitiation certification of all repairs, upon the Agency’s request, for specific projects involving additions, modifications, replacement, and certification of repairs, of the Agency’s existing sanitary sewer facilities
14. Data from all assessment testing to be available via a password protected web-based application, able to compare current tests with previous digital records on the same pipe segment
15. Construction management services as requested
