Project Managers
Our Company’s Project Managers are responsible to create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage the cost, time, and quality (i.e. scope) of each engagement. Our project managers are often the primary client representative and must determine and implement the needs of the Client, based on knowledge of the agencies they are representing. The ability to adapt to the various internal business and government procedures, and form a close link with our client, is essential to ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, quality and above all, Client satisfaction, can be realized.
Trainers
Our Company Trainers work in many different areas, but mainly educate employees of our Clients on the administration, operation, and support of information technology. Trainers work hard, with the most successful trainers having superior leadership & communication skills. Trainers are hired because of their specialized knowledge of complex business processes, and best used in circumstances when our Clients are either too small to have internal resources to accomplish their training objective, or the project is so large or politically sensitive that it is best handled by an outside firm that can provide leadership and direction.
Proposal Writers
Proposal Writers are responsible for analyzing and reviewing Request for Proposals, including the writing, editing, and submittal of required Statement of Works, Qualifications, and Cost Proposals. In government contracting, the Proposal oftentimes establishes the baseline contractual agreement between the Client and our Company, and is a major factor used by our Clients in selecting the Company for professional work.
Developers
Our Developers have an in-depth knowledge of systems integration, with thorough knowledge of designing, coding, testing, and deploying the latest in Software as a Service (SAAS)-based applications. While legacy application skills are helpful, our best developers are highly knowledgeable in C++, C#, and Apple’s SDK for iPad and iPhone.
