Smartphone Support
Standard with all ES-38™ and ES-660™ products, Electro Scan’s Basic Support Plan covers toll free customer support and our Smartphone app, including all software updates for the first year, at no charge. Available with or without the purchase of an Electro Scan’s ES-Zebra Field Printer, Electro Scan’s Basic Support Plan allows you to access periodic updates to our Smartphone application, downloaded as part of your regular Android or Apple iPhone application update cycle, for one year.
While all your Electro Scan reports can be either displayed on your Smartphone or printed to your ruggedized field printer, no data is accessible from Electro Scan’s cloud computing web application. If you decide you want access to all your electro scans, you can upgrade from a Basic to Premium Support Plan at any time and get immediate access to all electro scan results since becoming a customer.
After your first year, Electro Scan’s Basic Support Plan is available at $750, per Smartphone, per year, allowing you continued toll free customer support and CloudConnect™ Smartphone updates.
Recommended User
Electro Scan’s Basic Support Plan is recommended for Individual or Small-sized Commercial Plumbers that provide inspection and repair service for Service Laterals and only need to provide paper-based Electro Scan reports to their customers.
